Why are we here? This is a question that man has asked one another
for millennia, but to me it is pretty simple. God had already created a society before this planet was created, He gave this
society free will and some tried to over throw God to take over Heaven. Lucifer was full of pride and found others to
follow him. His followers were defeated, cast out of Heaven and are now demons. So instead of us being born into Heaven, we
have to earn it.
Now, what I have written above is going to sound like a fantastic
work of fiction to many who may peruse my site. But so does the theory that says that the big bang created our universe instead
of God making it.
More fiction is found in the fact that some believe that we grew
from single cells and spent millions upon millions of years growing to where we are today.
These days those who are faithful and chose to believe that God
created all there is, including us, are looked at like we are nuts, or just plain idiots.
If you try to rationalize life in terms of what we understand,
it will always come back to why. People need to look past certain things in their life and look at the bigger picture. Some
might say that if God is so bright why did he create beings who would one day rebel and try to de-throne him? Wouldn’t
that be a mistake on God’s behalf? NO because GOD does not make mistakes he gives people chances.
A true loving God would not create any kind of people, or even
a Heavenly host for that matter who HAVE to be subject to Him. He gave the angels in Heaven the opportunity to follow Him
of their own free will. A loving God can not force faith or obedience.
But some people think creationism and God are pure speculation
and nonsense. But if we are here by the cause of evolution then we are cosmic accidents with no real reason for our existence.
If we are beings created by a loving, and sovereign God then we
are here for a reason, we are here to accomplish something. We were put here to do something and God made all we see in the
night sky for a reason. When we believe in creation we believe in something bigger then ourselves and we believe that we,
and everything we can observe with our senses was put here for a reason. We believe in a purpose for our existence.
People who believe in evolution believe that proteins mixed, life
formed abitrarily and after millions upon millions of years we slowly morphed into what we see in the mirror every morning.
If that was true then there is no reason, there is no purpose for our existence.
Believing in the big bang and evolution means we are cosmic accidents
and everything on this planet, including our values, are strictly from man. And our faith and belief in God are all figments
of man’s imagination . If that is so, then we, and everything around us has no real purpose and we all would be better
off dead because there is nothing here to really live for. And no reward or punishment for what we did that was helpful, or
what we did that was wrong. It all ends at death.
Faith in God gives man hope. Faith in God gives man the desire
to reach for something above the value system of man. Faith in God changes the reason why we are here, and how we got here
in the first place. Faith supplies purpose.
Over the past ten years or so, this nation has really been after
God. He is being kicked out of schools, homes, courthouses, our nations capitols, and our hearts. The concept of
God has so many up in arms that even this nation, which was founded on Biblical principals, is willing to dismiss faith altogether,
Why? If God is a construct and His followers are searching in vain for something that does not exist then why the persecution?
Are we not allowed to waste our own time?
Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Tinkerbelle and Pluto, are all
products of the imagination but are all widely accepted by both young and old alike. Why is Disney and his creations acceptable,
but Christ is not? If God never existed and we are all descendants of apes, why are so many persecuting a fictional character?
Does this nation not grant us the freedom to worship? Are we to praise what others tell us is acceptable, or what we believe?
If Christ does not exist then why was this nation founded on CHRISTIAN
morals? If there is no God then why was is He involved in our nations courts? As you walk up the steps to the building which
houses the U.S. Supreme Court you can see near the top of the building a row of the world's law givers and each one is facing
the one in the middle who is facing forward with a full frontal view ... it is Moses and he is holding the Ten Commandments.
If there is no God then how can this be explained: James Madison,
the fourth president, known as "The Father of Our Constitution" made the following statement: "We have staked the whole of
all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to
govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God."
Where did the concept of God come from if we are nothing more
then glorified banana suckers? How can flea pickers come up with a concept of God? Can fecal flingers really develop a type
of faith that has lasted since the time man began? The answer is NO!!
The big bang theory, & evolution have a wide following because
they have physical “evidence” to supposedly support their claims. They have cosmic dust and bones. And it seems
as though man is willing to trade faith for dust and bones.
Christians have some archeological evidence as well, and we have
historical writings that support Christ being present here on this earth. We even have many eye witness accounts. But
a true believer has all he will ever need in his heart. It is called faith, and it can move mountains.
The fact is that the creation vs. evolution debate will be going
on until time itself ends. No matter how much evidence one side can present against the other the debates will always rage
on. My biggest problem with this is that people who are proponents of our ancestors swinging from banyan trees are actively
seeking to discredit those of us who want to give the credit for our existence to GOD.
Well, if science is so important to some, then it should be noted
that “for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” Lack of faith, and devotion to faith, each have
their own “reaction” and in the end things will be very hot for those who have denied God for cosmic dust
and dead men’s bones.
Now all this is of course just my opinion but I decided this time
to keep it short and simple. I did not get into a ten page thesis on this and I did not quote every scripture that pertains
to my topic, because that would be the entire Bible itself. I just wanted to give people something to think about.
I wrote what I believe and I believe that, in my opinion, evolution
is not the answer for the existence of the human race. I give credit to a higher source. God Almighty.
